Mindset Monday: Your "Very Best" is more than what you think

You CAN do it

 Your coaches at Pure Form PFT may once in a while may say "Just give me your best, Your Very Best"! But what does that mean?

Your very best is not about what you weigh or some arbitrary number on the scale! It's not what people think about you or even how "good" you do at the gym.

All we want is your best! If you give us your Very Best Every Time… You won't fail, You'll never fail! Because you will never fail unless you quit.

There's a great movie out there called "Facing The Giants". And there's a scene where the coach challenges his strongest player to do the death crawl with another player on his back. He asks him how far he thought he could go. The player said maybe the 20 or 30 yard line. The coach said he wanted that player to go as far as he could and blindfolded him to make sure the you player wouldn't just quit when he got to the 20 or 30 yard line. It's all heart!!!

So That's IT! Often times we quit before we get even close to our very best. So, I ask you, NO, I beg you! Give us your very best and we will be with you the entire way.
