#PFTFamilyFriday: Randy's Story


At PFT we are a family. That’s it!!! You don’t just come in here and workout and go home. Now of course you CAN sneak in and out and try to avoid as many people as you can but that only lasts so long until you become a friend, a PFTbrother or a PFTsister! And this week I want to share with you a story from my friend Randy Burns.

Here's his story:

"I started at PFT 10 months ago. I have been involved in athletics virtually my whole life. I have tried various workouts for health and conditioning, and I can honestly say nothing compares to the training that I have got in the last 10 months with Carl at Pure Form Training in Stockton. As a firefighter, being in good shape is not an option, as not only do the men and women I work with depend on me in emergency situations, the community depends on me as well. The more workouts that I got in, the more I began discover that PFT was something special, something more. It’s a good feeling knowing that your workout partner is never going to flake because you usually have 25 of them. You are all there together for 45 minutes, doing the same workout...together. I have made many new friendships, all this because of the family atmosphere that Carl has created there. I am even eating better through the meal prep plans that PFT provides. Awesome selection for under $6 a meal. You even have opportunities to give back to the community. Every month Carl, Heather and the PFT family find a new organization to sponsor through the Sweat Angels that benefits those in need and helps raise awareness to their cause.
