Mindset Monday: Be a “Give It All You’ve Got-er”

Hey #PFTfamily, Carl THE Trainer here with your #MindSet #Monday video.  Today I want to talk about how you finish! 

When you’re at the gym and your trainer says you only have 10 more seconds left in your round, do you push yourself as hard as you can trying to get the most out of your time? I hope you are because THAT’S where real change happens.  That’s where mental strength and toughness comes into play.

Many times I see people just give up when the clock gets low and they know they may be able to cheat out of a couple reps if they just look like they’re tired, that maybe I won’t see them, LOL!

Well, my challenge to you is to NOT be a “slower down-er” Don’t begin to slow down when you hear your trainer give you a signal that you’re almost done. Instead, push yourself to give yourself The Very Best to Every round at the gym.

And I challenge you to take that outside of the gym. Take that concept out into the world and live that in your daily life.  You’ll be amazed at how far you can go and how much you can get accomplished when you are determined to do more than you think you can during “the end” of your day, your week, your year!!!

Now go out there and Be Awesome! That’s it, Be Awesome be cause that’s the Pure Form way. Be Awesome in everything you do!!!
