Grab your 2019 PFT success calendars TODAY while supplies last. START by setting a monthly goal and then track what units going to take to hit that goal. Small monthly goals put together will help you reach you overall goals in 2019.

"Cook Your Food" Challenge

This month we are challenging all PFT members to a "cook your food" challenge. This challenge is simple: set a goal of how many days or meals you can prepare and cook yourself. Write that goal on your PFT success calendar and go after it. You will feel so much better — not only about your diet but your bank account will probably love you as well.
