Mindset Monday: The Elimination Diet

Last week I talked about doing just One Thing to start your journey toward being Your Very Best!!! And Wednesday Michael had his Bite Size Breakdown that had 5 things you could do to help you be Your Very Best which is the PFT Mantra!!!

Anyways funny how we were on the same track without even knowing it right??!!

Pure Form PFT is about MORE than just working out and being awesome and looking awesome. Yeah, we do A LOT of working out and eating right and we are always talking about DOING things to better yourself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

This week I want to talk to you about the “elimination” diet.
Sometimes, eliminating something from your life is more beneficial than adding something!! So this week let’s see if we can eliminate at least one negative thing out of your life and see how your life blossoms.

The “Elimination Diet”:
Remove anger, regret, worry, resentment, guilt and blame. You do this and I guarantee your health and life improve.
